Would it be legal to have a business service offered to couples to photograph or videotape them having sex for their own enjoyment and not for re-sale).

Basically as something fun for couples to do together and have the star experience with each other, or just to have a better quality product then they could make of each other on their own. Again, never for re-sale purposes, only to be owned by the couple for their use. That is the part that I thought might make it OK and legal?

Based upon what you have written about if people above the age of 18 years consent to what you wish to do in writing then such is legal in all states in this country. Such happens all the time in the pornography industry except those in the films are being paid and consent in writing for the release of the film depicting them.
