What to do if child support is not being used for the correct purposes?

My husband has to pay $600 per month for his $12 year old son. His son has full access with a debit card to his account in which the money is in and purchases things with paypal which is usually gadgets or toy items and does not purchase clothing, shoes, etc; I have seen the bank statements for his son’s account that we put the money in. How would you suggest that we go about with the court to get this fixed? Also, his ex is very money hungry and all she wants is to get more and more and more money.

Given the issue that you have written about I suggest that a written agreement be made with the son's mother where your spouse places the monthly child support in an account for the son and your husband buys the necessary clothing and the like for him. If the son's mother refuses, then a petition with the court seeking such seems in order.
