The mother of the child is allowing this but I am afraid because I know of this would I be held accountable for anything?

Any sexual contact between them could result in a very serious felony offense for criminal sexual conduct against the 29 year old. Criminal sexual conduct encompasses sexual intercourse and even sexual touching over the clothing.
