What to do if I’m being subpoenaed for a credit card judgement?
I am married and have a child. I am also self-employed realtor and my wife is employed. I am in real estate and have not made barely any money this year. Can they go after my wifes earnings? Can they freeze my account?

If there is a judgment against you for a judgment owed on a credit card you are required to appear at the hearing and give the required testimony if need be. Failure to do so could result in a bench warrant for your arrest.
If there is a judgment against you, your wife's wages can be garnished and your bank accounts levied upon. I suggest that you consult further with a consumer law attorney for assistance and/or your local legal aid clinic.
