I have s felony habitual violator DUI conviction.

 In most states you can not have a charge expunged or sealed unless you are a first-time offender.  As a habitual offender you may not qualify.  Many public defender offices have hand-books that set out the requirements for sealing or expunging a case.  These documents are typically free to the public.
