Vacation payment after terminated

Does employer have to pay out vacation
hours after terminated.

Whether or not an employer must provide vacation pay out after termination is up to state law. In MI, employers are not required to give paid vacations but when vacations are given, employees are to be paid for such earned time upon termination. This is true, regardless of whether the employee resigns or is fired.
