If my mother had no Will I am one of two living heirs, who will contact me regarding my inheritance?

I am not the administrator of the estate.

No one will contact you if no one steps forward to handle the estate.  As one of two heirs, either one can apply to be the administrator of the estate.  If no one applies to administer the estate, nothing can happen.  The assets of the estate will remain in the name of the decedent and no debts can be paid.
