Eviction

If my landlord drafted a 30 days removal from property – where I have lived since May, 2009 – can I be evicted from the premises if I sign it?

Well, what type of lease do you have? Did you do something wrong? Why does your landlord want to evict? You don't have to sign anything but not sure if that is going to make a difference if the landlord goes through the process of evicting you.
