If I file bankruptcy, can I add my landlord and, if so, what about my rental agreement?

I currently have no income and haven’t had income for about 9 months. I have about $10,000 in debt and I have no way of paying it or my rent.

You can list your landlord and all other creditors on your banktuptcy, however, that won't prevent you from being evicted.  It would be advisable to speak with a landlord/tenant attorney, who may be able to delay your eviction.

List all creditors on your bankruptcy.  Your bankruptcy is effective when it is filed with the bankruptcy court.  It is important to list all creditors because the bankruptcy court will notify all creditors that you have filed bankruptcy.
