Is it legal for a police officer to follow my car around town?
A police officer followed my car for about 10 minutes around town while I was driving. She didn’t pull me over because I went into my driveway but it seemed as if she were following me to wait until I broke a traffic law so she could pull me over.

Anyone, including the police, can follow you around as long as they are not engaging in stalking type behavior which is specifically designed to frighten or alarm. Annoying doesn't reach that level. It's only illegal for he office to conduct a stop without probable cause or reasonable suspicion that some traffic offense had occurred.
