if someone was arrested for percoct pills and on the report the police officer said that is was loose on the passeger seat but was really in the perscription bottle can that person beat the charge if they have evidence that the pills was not their and was for someone else that they were living with or if not how much time can that perosn have if they are on parole and dont get off untiol december of this yr. their is no court date yet fand the DA office does not have any info yet , is it true that if their is no info in 60 days from the DAs office their r supose to to let that person go
