People who work for my neighbor regularly park their cars in my driveway. Does this create a legal title problem for me?

No, it does not: no one can get an interest in or title to property by using it with the permission of the property owner; allowing someone to use (such as park in) your property does not lead to adverse possession or any other loss of rights or title. *Unpermitted* use, if you don't stop it and let it go on for years, can affect your title, but not permitted use.
