What are a grandchild’s rights to visit their grandmother?
I’m the paternal grandmother. My grandchild’s parents are in court ordered rehab, i was getting regular visits that slowly went to none at all. Her real mom has a trial period with my grandchild in the rehab. The adopting/ foster mom had care placement of her for 8 months. She was caused to believe she would be adopting my GC. It’s ended up that the foster/adoptive mom is playing a huge role. She has sneakily caused my visits to brig no more. She is still getting visits even though the child is no longer with her. The real mom does not want me visiting because she’s angry with my son. I was the only grandparent relative that showed the live from birth and now taken out of her life.
