The timeline in responding to the motion for summary judgment concerning the judicial foreclosure of your home is that you need to timely file the opposition to the motion in order to create a triable issue of material fact to defeat the motion.
The plaintiff will then file a reply. The court will have a hearing date and a decision made on the motion. If the motion is granted, the plaintiff has won the lawsuit and the court will issue an order for the foreclosure date of your property.
