If I’m getting married in a month and my fiance has bad credit, will all these bad credit bills/ foreclosurs fall on me?

What if something happens to him? I own my own house and am afraid of loosing it.

The bad credit of your fiance' exisitng before you marry will not automatically fall upon you with respect to any credit reporting bureaus. However, as a word of caution you need to carefully manage the marriage's finances so that you do not end up being reported as having bad credit.

You will not lose your home as a result of your soon to be spouse's bad debts that may be unpaid so long as you keep title to the home as is.
