I was told I could take him to court for not revealing all the things that are damaged.I am disabled, and he showed a tub that i could soak my replaced limbs in . The tub is cracked and leaking on the ground. The wheel chair ramp is rotte. He hid termites in the shed by filling in the holes with plasic wood. The drain field is bad, and will cost over $6,000.00 to fix , and numerous other things. I have sent him pictures of all the damage in a certified letter. I trusted this man. I have some mental problems, and don’t quite understand a lot of things , and that is why I am on SSI.

You need to contact legal aid. They will most probably be able to help you. Taking advantage of you is wrong and he should be held accountable for his actions here.
Best of luck.
