It depends. Why were you tested? Was it part of parole or probation conditions or alternate sentencing conditions?
Is this part of some other issue?
It may depend on the lab and how backed up the lab is with testing results. In terms of "are you for sure going back to prison" -- it depends on a number of factors -- again if you are under parole, probation, conditions thereunder, what you were convicted for, how long you have been out and what you tested dirty for in relation to past conviction.
