What can I do if my ex won’t switch bills out of my name into his?

1) If the bills are still in your name, you should be able to cancel (or at least suspend) those services if need be, so at least new bills or charges will not accumulate.

2) If your divorce decree or settlement requires him to switch the bills, you can file a legal action in court to enforce that decree or settlement and force him to switch the bills. In the same action, you could also seek compensation for any costs he caused you by doing this.
