Whether or no you are able to end your lease due to the cockroach infestation your are experiencing in the rental that you have depends upon whether or not the situation is a health hazard of not and who has caused the problem to develop to the point that it has.

I suggest that you contact you local health department and have an inspection of your rental If the health department issues a citation or a shut down order as to the unit due to the problem, then you will be in a better position to possibly end your lease assuming that you did not cause the condition leading to the problem.

I suggest that you also consult with a landlord tenant attorney about the situation was well and your question.
