Whose at fault if a truck was ht while blocking my driveway?

My wife was sitting in her car on our driveway with the engine running. A delivery driver pulled right up behind her length wise blocking entire driveway and all 3 parking spots at same time, then he shut the engine off. She put her car into reverse and backed up right into the delivery truck.

Your wife is liable for negligence for backing into the truck despite how it was parked. She should refer the matter to her insurance company which will pay the cost of repairs to the truck. These cases are usually settled with the insurance company.
