If you are convicted of the DUI matter that you have written about (most likely a misdemeanor charge), a criminal conviction for such crime surely will show up in a back ground check of you by a potential employer. You need to be aware that the criminal filing of the DUI against you most likely will show up in a background check of you as well.

If you do not have a criminal defense attorney representing you in the matter you have written about, I suggest that you consult with one immediately.
