What to do if I’ being charged with criminal recklessness, criminal mischief and failure to stop after damage to property other than vehicle?

I already have 3 pending D felony charges for theft and one mistemetor. I do not have a prior criminal record in the state of Indiana however I do have a felony in which I severed time. How much time am I facing?

It depends on if your charges are enhancements or if you can negotiate any of these down or have some dismissed. Make sure you talk to criminal defense counsel (private preferably) and make sure you go through your history so you can best be served.
