Does my boyfriend wife have rights to my house?

Me and my boyfriend been together for
four and a half years now. When we got
together he was separated living in his
own house and his wife was living in her
own separate home. Two years ago my
boyfriend and I bought a home together.
One year ago his wife went to another
state to marry another man. Well 2 weeks
ago she showed up at my house saying
it’s her house and I had to let her in
and treating all kinds of stuff.

I urge you to seek legal counsel in your area.  There are many details here that need to be given.  First, just separated - without a legal separation - is not enough to stop the clock ticking on marital property.  And how could his wife have married some one else if she was not divorced from your boyfriend?  If he had not filed for divorce or was legally separated she may be entitled to part of that house that his his.  Go and speak to a lawyer now.
