I had a car accident in a state I don’t live in, I was wondering if i can change my court hearing to the state i live in?

Since the case was already filed in another state, it is probably too late to change the hearing to your state.
What you can do is call the court clerk in the other state, and inquire if you can make a telephone appearance instead of being physically present in the courtroom.  If the court allows that, you want to ask the court clerk what documents you need to file to request a telephonic hearing and the deadline for filing those documents.  If you miss the filing deadline, your request for a telephonic hearing will be denied.
