If you divorce him, you should be able to get a share of the marital property, spousal support (alimony), and also child support, if applicable. You should speak with experienced family counsel immediately--the law does not let one spouse simply abandon another, especially if he was the primary wage earner, but you have to divorce in order to vindicate your rights.
