What can I do to get my stolen bike back if the police wont? I know who stole it.
It has been a month and I still don’t have my bike back. I live in Wichita and my bike is in Hutchinson. I just want the cops to go over and get my bike back. The person admitted to the cops that they have it.

You may have to file a petition in small claims court to try to recover your property (bike).
I would place a call to the court clerk there and see what process you will have to go through. Here is the list of numbers:
