What can I do in this situation?
I have a 33% share in a store along with 2 other partners both 33%. I wanted to work in the store because I am not currently employed anywhere else, however my partners won’t allow me to work there even though one of them doesn’t work there while the other does. What can I do in this situation?

If together they own two-thirds of the business, they own a majority of it between them. The majority owners of a business control it, so two owners who together own 66+% of the business do have the right to decide who can and cannot worth there; it is legal fror them to refuse to let you work in the store.
