You need to reach out to the FTC (Federal Trade Commission) and let them know the facts of what you are describing.  This is false and misleading conduct by the company.  The FTC can help stop this type of deceptive advertising.  The FTC can also assist you with filing a claim against your employer if they retaliate against you-- this is what is called a whistleblower lawsuit.  You can reach out to them online.

If you are not comfortable doing this on your own, then visit with an attorney that handles employment law matters.  They can walk you through the process of reporting the illegal activity.  They can also send demand letters for you if/when your employer begins harrassing you about the complaint.

If you have a union in your area, you may also want to consider visiting with union reps to see what type of support they could provide.  Keep in mind, however, that you will have less privacy with union representation than attorney representation.  (Meaning the union can repeat the things you tell them... while an attorney can only forward information when you authorize them to do so.)
