What to do about a case for elder abuse?
Our parents had an AB trust. My sister became successor trustee just over 4 years ago and the surviving spouse passed away 8 months later. My sister then had the administration of the trust moved to the county in which she lives. I want to pursue an action against my sister for elder financial abuse. Where will the proceedings for this action take place? Is that where I should hire an attorney? What kind or attorney should I look for; do I need a probate attorney specifically?

I suggest that you look in attorneypages.com for an attorney in your locality and other counties where the wrongful act happened that practices law in the area of elder abuse to assist you in the matter that you have written about. Venue of the action would either be in the California county where your sister resides or where the wrongful acts occurred.
