What your wife has done is to basically kidnap your daughter.  If you did not give her permission to leave the state - and I mean with no intention to return - with her then you need to take action quickly.  I sincerely hope that you are consulting with an attorney about the separation and that you can go to him or her now for help with this matter.  You need to file an exepdited motion to obtain temporary custody and do what is necessary to get your child back.  Good luck.
