If my boss has done something illegal and he gets caught, will I be considered an accessory to the illegal act if I don’t report it?

Reporting it will get me fired.

If this happened in the past and you did not participate in it, you should not be charged simply because you do not turn him in.  But if the criminal activity is ongoing, you do have a duty to report to put a stop to it.  And if there is a criminal investigation, you need to cooperate.
