Kicking spouse out of the house

I live in the state of Hawaii and the house my spouse and I live in are owned by my parents. I want to kick my spouse out because I want a divorce. Is it possible for me to kick my spouse out of the house since we don’t own the house or does my parents have to do it because they own the house?

Sincerely

What you need to do is to file for divorce and seek exclusive use and occupancy of the marital home, unless he leaves on his own. Who owns the house has little bearing here.  I would find a good lawyer to have a consultation with asap.  Good luck.
