Is there anything that can be done about my son being harassed by police?
He is pulled over routinely – about every month or so. He has a history of getting into trouble but that has stopped for the last 2 years since he has become an adult. This last time, a passenger in his car had a small amount of marijuana on him so I’m afraid that the harassment will get worse. He was pulled over for his windows being tinted which they are the same as they have always been since he has owned the vehicle. They always send for the drug dogs and search without consent.

Based upon what you have written about, your adult son should consult with a criminal defense attorney to have a cease and desist letter written on his behalf to end the harassment that you have written about. One in your locality can be found on attorneypages.com.
