No, unfortuantely not. But you can sue the other owner for the taxes you pid on their behalf which may give you an advantage to purchasing the proeprty from them. You would be entitled to a set off. Other wise you can speak with an attorney about a partition action against them which may result in the property being sold and the proceeds split. Good luck.
