How can I proceed with my life when my husband will not communicate?
My situation is very unusual. I have been married for 2 1/2 years. My husband never committed to the marriage. He never moved in with me and spent the majority of 2 nights a week together. We mainly communicated by phone. Since last month he has not communicated with me at all. Children are not involved. We have lived in separate homes and there is nothing in our names together. From my
understanding he has been planning this for about 4 months. He will not respond to text or phone calls. Is this considered separation? Am I allowed to date or see other people during this time? Without communication I do not know how to move on with my life dating?

I am so sorry for your situation. Sounds like he does not want to be married. Do you think that is the case? I think you need to file for divorce and have him served. I think you should speak with an attorey about "contested" versus "uncontested" and what a default means (when it is likely he won't answer). Yoh can not move on without moving forward on this.
