His child support is current, so can they make him pay in advance?

The reason why I say what I do is because, the child could become and could bcome emancipated and as of now she is 16yrs old, but they are wanting him to pay it up bfore he is deported. He has a felony charge on him and he is not behind on his chlld support. So what I’m asking in a matter such as this is can the opposing party mix the 2 cases (child support which is chancery w/ his felony charge which is federal)?

Depends on the type of issues involved -- I don't know why he is being deported -- what is the felony charge? You need a lawyer to review this matter in your state with the client -- this cannot be answered here.  Try www.attorneypages.com

In terms of child support -- Department of State has agreements with foreign countries covering child support.  Contact your child support office to discuss this matter and request the specific agremeent concerning the country to which he is being deported.
