Do you have to pay the full amount before thirty days once you have requested to see the breakdown of what you owe the insurance company?
The attoney defending the Insurance company of the person I hit, is trying to collect what I owe for the damages. I want a summary of what I have to pay for. The attorney is threatening me that once I request that I have to pay the full amount by 30 days from the date the request is recieved.

You need to refer this matter to your insurance company immediately. Your insurace company has a duty to represent you and pay for the injuries and damages sustained by the person you hit. I am not sure why you are dealing witht his on your own as opposed to having your insurance company deal with it. I have never heard of the rule that this insurance company is claiming exists regarding payment within 30 days.... refer the claim to your insurance carrier immediately.
