Can my roommate legally not allow me to have visitors/guests?
My roommate says I am not allowed to have any guests under any circumstances. I would like to have guests come over and stay over. She says, that I “cannot have anyone over at any time.” Is she allowed to do this?

Unless you have some sort of a "roommate agreement" where it is clearly stated that you are not entitled to have visitors/guests at your rental, you roommate cannot legally or contractually prevent you from having such.
Assuming there is a "roommate agreement" between you and your roommate stating that you cannot have guests/visitors, its provision as to such may be illegal under the laws of most states as being in violation of public policy.
