Can my employer require me to work without any days off?
I have worked 14 days without a day off. I feel that I need a day off to rest?

Certain professions (airline pilots, some medical personnel, etc) have restrcitions as to how many hours a day, and how many days in a row that an employee can be scheduled to work. I'm afraid other than that, there is no limit to the hours/days that an employee can be required to work. However, if you are a non-exempt employee (i.e. typically hourly) then you are subject to overtime for any hours that you may work over 40. Such overtime is to be paid at 1 1/2 your hourly rate (i.e. "time and a half"). It's the law.
