It depends on the terms of the easement. If the easement only provides access--i.e. your right, and the right of your guests, to drive, etc. across it to your property--then no: putting up a sign in that case would go beyond the terms of the easement. Review the easement to see what is and is not permitted; if in doubt, bring a copy of it to a real estate attorney to review with you.
