am I responsible to pay a worker if she injured her self on the job?
I am leasing, and I hired two girls to put up a
fence. One of the girls cut her hand while
hammering in a metal post, and she cut her
hand which required a few stitches. Am I
responsible for her negligence?

Since you are a tenant, the owner of the property is liable for injuries which occur on the property.
The injured person should file a claim with the landlord's insurance carrier for her medical bills and pain and suffering which is an amount in addition to the medical bills.
