Can I be charged rent without a signed lease?

I own a mobile home and moved into a park 8 months ago. I never signed a lease due to park management not having it ready. Can I still be charged?

You can have what is known as a month to month lease and it can be established with out a signed agreement.  If you have been paying monthly then that is a good start at establishing same.  Now, it cn be good and bad this way.  But if you really want to stay and not worry about getting served with a 30 day notice to vacate then I would press them for the written contract.  Good luck.
