In most employment relationships, an employer can set the terms and conditions of employment much as it sees fit this includes setting work schedules and the like. So basically, as long as you are an employee salaried, hourly, commission on draw, your employer can schedule your hours much at it sees fit. This is true unless doing so violates company policy, an employment contract or aunion/collective bargaining agreement. It also must not constitute some form of legally actionable discrimination/retaliation.
