Can a manager force an employee to go to a different facility?
I am a FT employee for a hospital. I work at a freestanding ER. There is 7 of
them total. I have a specific home facility that I was specifically hired for.
Can my manager force me to go to one of the other facilities against my will and
threaten me if I do not go there?

Unless you have an employment contract or union agreement that specifies which facility you are permanetly assigned to, your employer can mandate thet you report to a different facility than the one where you currently work at. The fact is that most employment is "at will" which means that a company can set the conditions of work much as it sees fit (absent some form of actionable discrimination). Accordingly, if yo refuse the relocation or otherwise complain about it, you can be terminated., In fact, you can be terminated for any reason or no reason at all, with or without notice.
