Are inappropriate sexual comments to a child prosecutable?

CPS has started their investigation. The comments were limited to: “How much do you know about sex?” and “Would you like to see how I look without clothes on?”This was the extent of things that reportedly occured.

Based upon what you have written about in your question those comments could very well be construed as inappropriate comments to a child warrant prosecution for child endangerment and the like. Given what you have written, I suggest that you consult with a criminal defense attorney.
