who is responsible for damage to my car

My car was left at the dealership awaiting receipt of a part I needed. My part arrived the day of a hail producing storm. My car was damaged by hail. Who is liable for the damages?

The insurance carrier for the dealership will most likely deny your property damage claim because it will claim that the hail was an act of God.
If you have comprehensive coverage on your auto insurance policy, you can file a property damage claim with your insurance company; however, you will still have to pay the deductible.
