What can I do about supervisor?

I am an occupational therapy assistant in a school. There are 5 other occupational therapy assistants in the district that report to their manager and then the supervisor. I have a supervisor that seems to make up rules that are only for me. This began happing 6 months ago and at that point in time I asked for a written list of expectations and rules for occupational therapy assistants because I explained that the she writing me up for things that I was told by my other coworkers and even my manager were acceptable. She has yet to provide a list of rules to anyone. My co-workers and manager continue to do the things that I was written up for. Here are a few examples. I have to be at work 8-4 no exceptions even though my job requires a lot of paper work. My co-workers are can come in late and leave early because they are allowed to do their paperwork at home. I have to turn in extra data for my observations. My co-workers to not have to do this.I have to meet with teachers every week after school. My co-workers don’t have to. We have paperwork that is due to our managers at the end of the month. My supervisor will call my manager to be sure its handed in. She doesn’t ask about anyone else’s. My supervisor has had people watch me and report back to her. People that have nothing to do with my job. She’s even asked a janitor to spy. I’m friends with several of the people she has asked and they have told me. I have to have computer reports turned in daily and everyone else can have them done by the end of the week. It has become very frustrating. My co-workers and manager even joke about it. My manager has no issues with me and she agrees with me that the supervisor is obsessed with only me, but she really cant talk to the supervisor about it because she’s afraid she would lose her job. Ive tried to speak to the person above my supervisor only to be told she didn’t want to hear it. I later learned hat they are good friends. What can I do? I love my job, manager and co-workers but my supervisor is making me miserable. There is a new rule for me every week.

If your supervisor is singling you out due to your race, religion, gender, disability, age, national origin, etc. then you would have a claim for discrimination in a hostile work enviornment. Otherwise, unless your treatment violates the terms of an employment contract or union agreement, it is legal. The fact is that a company can set the conditions of work much as it sees fit absent actionable discrimination (as outlined above). In other words, not all employees need be treated the same or even fairly. So while your treatement is rude and unprofessional, it is legal.
