Can a minor get married with only one parent’s consent?

My son is 16 and got his girlfriend who is 18 pregnant. His father and I have shared custody. His father agreed to let them get married. I said no. Not until he is 18 or has finished high school (he has one and a half years of school left). Do they need my consent as well as his father’s to get married?

My research suggests that in KS, a minor must receive permission from both parents or legal guardian.
