If my husband and I filed a Chapter 13 mid-year last year, will we get to keep our tax refund this year or will they take it?

If you and your spouse filed a Chapter 13 bankruptcy reorganization filing and the plan has been approved then so long as you are current with your plan you should be entitled to your income tax refund at both the state and federal level unless the reorganization plan states something to the contrary on the subject.
