Each person's claim of harassment is different in each state and furthermore the statutes of limitation and the laws regarding what is going to be harassment is different in each state. If she iis actually harassing you in any way shape or form that will cause harm to you you should get yourself immediately to a court and file for temporary restraining order and also petition for a permanent one
